Metabolic Resistance training(MRT boot camp):

Take the challenge! MRT Boot Camp is a great workout because it allows each athlete to work to their own abilities, as well as find and push their limits. Your trainer will present a variety of exercises in each session, offering modifications for varying skill levels as needed. Boot camp utilizes aerobic/anaerobic exercises, strength/resistance as well as body-weight exercises all while uses a variety of "tools" to get the workout done, and will increase cardiovascular capability, strength, power, agility, flexibility, balance and stability. 

CLASSES APPROX. 60min in length (including warm up and cool down)

Bring water, a towel, and prepare to FIND YOUR INNER ATHLETE!!!!

JP FIT KIDS:

The JC Fit Kids and Teens program creates and encouraging fitness atmosphere in a supportive, energetic environment.  All exercises are modified to the ability of each athlete, ensuring success while building character.  

Athletes work on body awareness and movement technique, getting them ready for more advanced movements.  We teach our athletes how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose.  Constantly varied classes help avoid overuse injuries caused by year round sports.

Classes are based not only on physical age, but fitness ability and maturity.

AERIAL with Angela:

Aerial Yoga and Fitness is an innovative form of exercise that utilizes aerial hammocks to sculpt and tone your body. This practice allows you to build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Aerial schedule:

Mondays 6:15pm- Aerial Unwind is a great way to unwind from your day! You will be guided through a class designed to decompress, de-stress, and stretch using the aerial hammock. 

Fridays 11:30am- Sculpt & Melt Aerial is great for all fitness levels! Combine strength training, yoga, and fun inversions to make a fun, total body workout. Modifications and options are always available!

Sundays 11:30am- Kids (ages 8 and up) Aerial and Fitness- A fun class for kids ages 8 and up! Aerial, fitness, yoga, and so much more make this kids class a blast! In order for the kids to have time without their parents and vice versa, this is a drop-your-kid-and-go class.

Indoor ROWING:

Rowing is a fantastic, non-impact, efficient workout that hits all the major muscle groups and is truly a full-body workout. Lead by certified indoor rowing instructor, Nichole Drury, come learn how to row properly(each class begins with technique specific warm-up drills), and find out why rowing is the best way to burn calories without sacrificing muscle. The entire class takes place on the rowing machine. Class limited to 10 participants. Must register to attend.
