It's finally happening...rowing sessions began this month!
Stacy Buster is teaching this challenging new workout on Tuesdays at 5:30 am and Thursdays at 6:15 pm. We're limiting classes to eight people to keep the groups small and focused. Sessions are 30 minutes and cost $10.
If you've never done a rowing workout, come join us. Rowing has tremendous benefits. Rowing uses almost every major muscle group in the body: lats, quads, hamstrings, glutes, abs, obliques, the lower back, shoulders, and arms. You'll feel all those muscles working right away, and you'll also get a great cardio workout. If you're looking to burn calories, rowing is a great way to do it. It's a much more efficient workout than running in place or spinning.
And if you've given up running because your knees don't enjoy it, or are simply looking for a great low-impact workout--rowing is it!
